Returns and refunds policy

Since we are dealing with “fresh food”, we do not issue refunds or returns unless there is an error in our part.


Cancel a meal subscription

You can login and cancel your subscription any day from Tuesday thru Thursday’s midnight, since we have already invested in the amounts and preparations for your orders.

Pause or On-hold a meal subscription

Since our Payment Gateway already scheduled an exact date for the next payment date, we have no ability to put your order on hold or pause.

ONE-TIME ORDER (including One-Time meals, Proteins/Carbs/Green in Bulk, Protein Donuts)

Cancel any 1-time meal order

As long as your payment is still in Pending status, you can login and click on “Cancel” button on a specific order. We’ll take care the rest. If you committed the full payment via PayPal or Credit Card and the payment were completed, the “Cancel” button is not available on your dashboard. Please call us 48 hours before your delivery day. You can find the Delivery Date stated on your invoice or order details.

Pause or On-hold for any 1-time order

At the moment, there’s no pause or on-hold applied to all 1-time order. Once your payment committed and completed, we already started your meal process.

The deadline to place an order

Weekly meal plans must be ordered before every Thursday midnight. Weekly meal plans (2 meals per day and up) are split into 2 delivery/pick-up days. You will receive your first delivery on Monday and your second on Thursday. If you do not want to wait for Monday to start your Weekly meal plan. Please choose our ONE-TIME MEAL PLAN to order on Thursday.

If you’re not home during the delivery time

If you are not home during delivery hours, your meals will be placed in a ventilated bag/box with ice packets to ensure your meals will be at the correct temperature for up to 8 hours from delivery.

*You are responsible to return the ventilated bag/box to us within a week. If you fail to return it during that time, you will be charged a $10.00 fee.
